Abstract

The article describes modern data on the clinic, the etiopathogenesis of rhinophyma and its place among other phymatoses of the Rosacea family record, the indications, directions and effectiveness of pharmacotherapy are discussed. A literature review of classical and high-tech methods of rhinophyma surgery, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as own experience of surgical treatment of patients with rhinophyma.
