This review is based on the ACIT theoretical aspects. The mechanisms of action, current approaches of using allergens and their dosage, safety and effectiveness of allergy treatment are described here. The ACIT current perspective indicates the gradual development and improvement of this method, due to the patient individual approaches and safety. In general, immunotherapy continues to evolve, and scientists continue to explore new methods and approaches to improve its effectiveness and use in the treatment of various diseases.
